Using a touchscreen PC tablet or Lapptop I would like to be able to run my entire businesses paper work (ERP+CRM) and webshops. I would also like the touchscreen tablet to be my POS terminal. The POS interface should be a copy of the webshop but not based serverside. I must be able to use it off-line. The POS interface should be completly integrated with the ERP, CRM and webshop. When online these should be updated after every transaction or placed order.This is also true of orders and purchases placed through the webshop. If no mobile connection is available the POS interface must store transaction and customer details and update at next time the system is online..

The POS terminal/ tablet PC should even have the capabilites and software to connect recept printers, barcode scanners, card readers.

The web shop should have features similar to Joomla ( i reqiure a photogallery, forum and poles) and be as customizeble and as poweful as CRELoaded Pro B2B or equivalent opensource software offering B2B, B2C, Inventory control, product variations management, multilanguage, multi-currency etc

I have spent many hours researching solutions to this problem but have not found a 100% satisfactory solution. The solution that came closest to fullfilling my requirements was Mamut Kassa with Mamut Enterprise E5 + many, far from free, add on modules. The reason I do not jump directly at there offer is that the actual webshop has very few functions to help increase sales, is not very atractive and is not open source, making customization impossible or very very expensive.

I have even looked at OFBiz, Opentaps and Compiere. These seem to be what I need but have been unable to evaluate them as it appears one needs a degree in computer programming just to install them. The Compiere solution is most interesting as it has been fully translated into the Swedish language (frontend and backend). I have attempted to install this locally but have had no sucess. I have even tried to use the CODAF auto install system. This also failed.

I single handedly run a small business in the north of Sweden and am planning a multi directional expansion. The needs outlined above are crucial to the success of the planned expansion and ultimately the survival of the company.
