Damir, born in Vukovar, Croatia, a Criminology Graduate from University of Toronto, escaped with his family prior to the country’s war. His family settled in the U.S, where they joined family members in Canada, later returning to the U.S. Growing up on both sides of the 49th parallel. An activist against war and a rapper supporting peace, mixing elements of hip-hop and electronic music.

The most interesting element of Damir's music is the multiplicity of styles. As most albums wrap themselves around concepts, the wonderment of a one hit song, and finally many guests featured on each track, Black and White has no blueprint to the existing one album mind sketch.
