Although it can install a Chinese language package to easily show all the menus in Chinese, it does not support Chinese in many other aspects. For instance, its default search does not support Asian language. It does not allow a user to register a username in Asian language. Its RSS feed does not support Asian language.

I was building a digg web site <a href="http://www.wuliaotime.com">http://www.wuliaotime.com</a> href="http://www.wuliaotime.com>http://www.wuliaotime.com</a> recently and found that the open source software pligg is very handy on building such a web site in a very short of time. Everything looks pretty cool. However, there are always small bugs with pligg, which have to be fixed manually. Also, it has some minor CSS problems with each type of web browser.
